Marketing Manager – US and Latin America

  

The Marketing Manager is responsible for growing Young Living brand’s marketing to increase distribution and sales volume within the Latino community in the US, Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, and Perú. This position is also responsible for building customer affinity and engagement towards the brand through education while developing market strategies to grow the network.


MARKET EXECUTION

  • Deliver on defined goals related to market availability, visibility, and quality of execution within the target market.
  • Develop a structure prioritizing opportunity, while advising clients on harnessing the potential of the      brand.
  • Employ a highly disciplined approach to gain new clients and increase rate of sale within the target      market.
  • Grow and manage educational and informational campaigns, workshops, and training programs to reach and influence a broader market by emphasizing product quality.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for brand growth, leading effective collaboration, and      engagement with the network members in order to drive sales, volume and increase market penetration in defined territories.
  • Assume the role of “Brand Expert/Brand Ambassador” for all consumer related activities, building authentic and enduring relationships with social influencers and key opinion leaders to elevate brand perception and image while also leveraging opportunities to increase sales.


CLIENT/CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT

  • Elevate lines of communication across the network by owning the brand’s message, amplifying strategic      wins, and identifying challenges with a solution-based approach.
  • Exemplify the positive attributes of being a team builder. 
  • Manage daily and weekly performance and effectively communicate results.
  • Deliver on all administrative duties in a thorough and timely manner.


QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS

  • Master's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years)
  • Project Management (minimum 5 years)
  • Event Planning (minimum 5  years)
  • Knowledge in essential oils: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Network Marketing and Sales (minimum 5 years)
  • Digital Marketing Strategies (minimum  5 years)
  • Minimum of 2 years of  experience in simultaneous translation (English – Spanish)
  • Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, self-discipline and driven team player.
  • Ability to solve problems, take initiative, think innovatively, and make fast-paced decisions.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, emails, Social Media.
  • Proficient in graphic design  software such as Canva, iMovie, Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Keap,      Restream, among others.
  • Must not be involved with,  working for, or representing any other EO company.
  • Must be comfortable with online reporting.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including both during regular business hours and evenings      and weekends as required.
  • Must be willing to travel as needed to attend company events.

· Lakewood, Colorado


SALARY

· Salary: $192k a year
